Review by hotel critic
Having recently returned to the Bridge for a gourmet getaway, I found myself pleasantly reminded of my previous stay six years ago. The allure of this boutique hotel, nestled in an ideal location near Castel Sant'Angelo, cannot be overstated; walking distance to many of Rome's iconic attractions makes it a perfect base for any traveler. Each morning, I indulged in breakfast at the nearby café, where the aroma of freshly brewed coffee instantly uplifted my spirits. The menu boasted local favorites, and I particularly enjoyed the classic Italian pastries - a sweet start to my day. The ambiance created a delightful prelude to my explorations. Upon returning to the hotel, I relished the spacious, well-decorated suite. With large windows flooding the space with natural light, it offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The attentive staff ensured that my room was cleaned daily, maintaining the hotel's high standards over the years. I must highlight that my culinary journey didn't end at breakfast; exploring nearby eateries such as La Fraschetta di Castel Sant'Angelo revealed a treasure trove of authentic dishes.
